Johnson's Boucanière carries on the Johnson family tradition from the world-famous Johnson's Grocery in Eunice (est. 1937), now in Downtown Lafayette. They make their own smoked sausage, tasso, boudin, and seasoning in-house, alongside brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, and daily plate lunches. A Sunday BBQ & Boudin special runs 10am–2pm each week.
