Don’t let the small size or modest appearance fool you—this place is a hidden gem. I tried the boudin stuffed with pepper jack and jalapeño cream cheese, and wow… absolutely delicious. You can tell it’s made fresh, with bold, perfectly balanced flavors that really stand out. The shop may be small, but it’s clean and well kept, including the restrooms, which is always a plus. They also offer a wide variety of fresh meats, all looking high quality and well prepared. If you’re passing through and debating whether to stop—do it. The food alone is worth it, and I’ll definitely be back.
