I shouldn’t be able to walk around your entire first and second floor of your department store and not be greeted a single time despite passing by multiple groups of employees talking on the sales floor. I left disappointed because I could not find what I wanted, and I shouldn’t have had to beg for help in the only decent department store that Lafayette has. I guess I’ll be ordering what I wanted from Neiman Marcus.

I stopped by the Estée Lauder counter at Dillard’s today, and I must say, Antoinette was simply delightful. At my age, I don’t wear a lot of makeup anymore, but she took her time with me, explained everything so kindly, and made me feel absolutely beautiful. If you happen to pass by the counter, do yourself a favor and ask for Antoinette. She knows her stuff and treats you like an old friend. Wonderful service.You can really tell she loves what she does !

I had the most wonderful ladies on 3rd floor fitting room that helped me. Trying on things I DID NOT WANT to trybon...they encouraged me.. made me feel good and helped meo
