One of three spots run by the National Park Service, this tells the story of the Acadians arrival to Louisiana. Well told and well maintained artifacts. I would recommend to anyone in the area. They have special events and classes. Friendly employees.

Very nice Museum! Saturday's is Kids hands on projects!! 2:30 to 3:45 is Cajun Music with Local Three Peice Band. Open to the Public! After music is Food Presentation. Come taste a sample local Cajun Food. After the food tasting ,walk over to the Historic Liberty. From 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Local Bands play and Dancing is Encouraged !
