It was nice my son had a blast. BEST PIZZA, nachos was superb with cheese, chilli and peppers for a low price. Menu was great 👍 👌!!! This part deserves a 5 star rating. However, they got 4 stars because of the photo booth that is operated by Sunstar. There are no clear instructions on the entire process and it kept telling me my card was not being excepted and to try another method. I swiped it 3 times, my husband swiped his twice. So we were charged $30 for a set of pictures. It NEVER said ended or process complete to confirm thay a payment was excepted ( hence the swiping) Very unfortunate. Be careful using the photobooth!! I called for the Manager who directed me to contact Sunstar. He tried to help.

If you're wanting to bring the whole family and not have the little kids restricted to a certain area, this is perfect. I highly recommend getting elite memberships with parent passes because you get access to everything, everyday, including glow. I am HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the customer service here! They are extremely kind, professional and they explain everything very clearly (at least the guy who helped us today was for sure!) Also, there are workers watching over each area to prevent people from getting hurt. Very good place for family fun! If you want to play the arcade, you don't anymore than 50 tokens to play everything once. We bought our memberships online the night before we went. I recommend going as EARLY AS POSSIBLE to avoid the crowd because as long as it's not crowded you won't be limited to 2 hours or less

If I could give this place a negative I would... so I decided to give this place another try since my grandson loves it so much, but he is a kid. Not only is this place filthy but we took him on a night that was called glow night, our membership didn't work we had to pay an additional $17 dollar fee for me and him to buy T-shirts and a band that DOES NOT EVEN GLOW! The wait was long because they were so unorganized and looking lost, The worst part was they turn the lights off in the whole place and you can't see the children because nothing AND I MEAN NOTHING GLOWS! This place is a straight RIPOFF. So I asked the manager what is the purpose of this if nothing glows or at least have flashing lights, you know something to make it worth d, I said my thoughts EXACTLY! Please save your money and take your children some where else. I will never set foot in that place again.
