The Grand Lafayette by Santikos

We came to see the hopper movie at the 7pm showing. There was a large group of teenage girls in pajamas outside when we arrived. After getting through the previews the about 15-20 of them came into theater J. They proceeded to get up and run in and out of the theater making lots of noise passing in front of people trying to enjoy the movie. I notified security of how loud they were and disruptive but they sent two people to observe and they noticed the group and commented about how they were sitting in the middle of the theater. Once the security people left the theater the behavior proceeded. Beating the end of the showing several of them came sit behind us and were kicking our seats. I had to ask them to stop. They apologized but continued to carry on. There was never a point in the movie when they were quiet. At times using profanity. It was really ridiculous especially since security noted them. Security cameras could also be checked to see how they came in and out of the theater numerous times. Everyone who paid for a ticket in the showing should get a refund sense the theater couldn’t provide an enjoyable viewing of the movie Hopper at 7pm.

I had an amazing time at The Grand Lafayette by Santikos. From the moment you walk in, the theater feels upscale, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional, and everything—from the ticket counter to the concession stands—runs smoothly. The seating is extremely comfortable with plenty of space, and the sound and picture quality are top-notch. You can really tell Santikos invests in providing the best possible cinematic experience. The food and drink options are also a big plus—great selection, fast service, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, The Grand Lafayette delivers the perfect mix of comfort, atmosphere, and quality. It’s definitely my new go-to spot for movie nights. Highly recommended! 🎬✨

Went to see a movie with a friend. We bought our tickets at 4:15 and the movie started at 4:30. An hour into the movie a girl walks in and peeks in to see just my friend and I there. She leaves and comes back with a guy, and they then head up to the top corner of the theatre where they’re hidden. My friend went to the bathroom and came back to see the girl on top of the guy covered by a blanket. I’m sure you can understand what they were doing. I reported to staff and three of them came in, glanced at the couple, then watched the movie for a minute, and left. My friend and I not wanting to be in a room with the couple, left early. I will not be returning to the Johnston location again. Plus there seats suck.
