Ingredients

• Bread flour
• Yeast
• Butter
• Milk
• Cinnamon sugar filling
• Cream cheese glaze
• Purple, green, gold sugar

Steps

1. Mix and knead enriched dough, then proof.
2. Roll out dough and spread filling.
3. Shape into a ring and proof again.
4. Bake until golden and fully set.
5. Glaze and decorate with Mardi Gras sugars.
