Baskin-Robbins

All I can say is that I am 74 yrs old and the only ice cream I eat is “ Baskin Robins 😋😋💞my daughter lived I LA and she tells them if it not Baskin Robins 😅 don’t ask my mama about no other ice cream she is married to Baskin Robins 😂

I placed a order for delivery which i received very fast with a great driver. But, the problem is the customer service at the location. When i received my banana split it was the wrong ice cream. So i called and told the crew member and she told me to reorder it and they would make it correct this time. But i already paid 15.00 for the ice cream and did not want to pay another 15.00 for there mistake. Could not get the crew member to understand this. So basically nothing was done or corrected. I think they need to be trained on customer service.

I had a wonderful date with my old man. We shared a banana split. Mmmmm good. The workers were very nice. We had such a blast We went the next day too. Everything was perfect and OMG they have so many flavors and also had little ice cream cone people they made. They were so cute.
