Perfect espresso ☕️ We were passing through Louisiana and struggling to find a good coffee spot, so discovering this place was such a happy surprise! Honestly, they should be advertising themselves way more because the quality of their coffee and food is outstanding. I highly recommend the iced shaken espresso with brown sugar and cold foam—it was SO good. You can truly taste how fresh and homemade their food is; the sausage biscuit was delicious. My husband ordered a small hot latte, and the espresso was incredibly smooth, creamy, and rich. This place is a hidden gem and deserves much more attention—don’t miss it if you’re nearby!

Absolutely amazing & cute little place ! I got the midnight kiss frappe and it was DELICIOUS! best coffee I’ve had on my road trip so far. And the spinach pastry was mouth watering good. Extremely friendly staff and very cute setup up !

Tried Bayou Barista for the first time ☕✨ and wow, I was NOT disappointed! 🙌 I went with a Lavender Lemonade 🍋🌸 and a Ham & Cheese Croissant 🥐🧀🥓 — both were absolutely fantastic. 🔥 I definitely see what all the buzz is about 🐝 and I’ll for sure be back! 😍👏
