Stopped in to get some Cajun food while passing through. I was concerned because honestly it doesn't look very clean and everything is cluttered. People were in out and what that got looked so good. We decided to get chicken, red beans and rice and some pork cracklin. It was my first time trying cracklin. I tasted it and honestly it's not for me. Especially after my husband told me what it is! He's eaten it before and LOVED it! Everything else was delicious. Then the super nice man, (possibly the owner) let me try the crayfish etouffee since I never had a crayfish. WOW! It was so good. I wish I bought a small bowl instead the fried chicken. So if you're passing through Henderson, LA, go check it out. It's definitely worth the stop if you're hungry.
