I had an online order and I have to say this has been the worst experience I've ever had with Cracker Barrel. There was no one at the front register initially and I was finally able to get the attention of a staff member on her way into the check out area and she goes to the register and asks me if I was paying for it then but I had already paid for me food online. I still had to wait at lease 10 minutes. When I got home and opened the containers the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like they were made hours ago. The hashbrown casserole was hard as rock and the bisquits were dry and had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered a meal for me and my son and even his was really bad. That's the worse $40 I've ever spent on food. I can't say that I will ever order from Cracker Barrel ever again or recommend them. I've never been this disappointed in all the years I've been eating in your restaurant. Cracker Barrel you have to do better.
