DezMeaux's Boudin

I ordered the 6 piece wing and chicken cracklin. Was too much food for a meal. I spent $18 and change. The service was excellent. The food was good. They don't offer military discount.

When i pulled up i was a little worried, nothing fancy of a building, and sharing a parking lot with an abandoned gas station. Went inside and ordered the boudin burger and asked for any other suggestion. He quickly let me know the stuffed chicken wings are very popular so I went with a order of those too. So glad I did. This is some of the best chicken I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned with a perfect crunch. The boudin and cheese stuffed inside is what took this chicken to a different atmosphere! Kinda reminded me of stuffing and turkey but way better! Super friendly and they even let me try out their cracklins. Absolutely amazing. Extra crispy fat side with a nice meaty side and seasoned ever so nicely! I will definitely have to add an order of these next time. I also can't wait to try their egg roll bondin Good people working here, pumping out some amazing food! Something special in this truly hidden gem. Wish this place all the best! THANK YOU!

Everything about DezMeaux is fire. I've been buying their boudin since they've been selling it in VillePlatte at Deshotel. The taste is still the same and honestly this is the only place I ever buy my boudin from when I go to Louisiana, and it's a must I make my way there before leaving and making my way back to Houston. There's none better than DezMeaux. Period.
