Elevation Station

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. However, in the future I think we will call ahead to make sure the slides are in working order before coming. That was really the only reason we chose this activity while in the area for a field trip and my children were disappointed to not be able to do them after talking about it for a month. I was disappointed they weren't able to because we really could have gone to our local trampoline park, which has a bigger indoor playground and most of the same attractions, for half the price on their "t-shirt day." They still had fun. And again, all the employees we encountered were nice so no complaints there.

Top Tier customer service! I have to give recognition to Gio, Logan, Brittany & Sidira! We did a spur of the moment visit on today, Tuesday 8/19, after my toddlers dentist appointment. Just thought it would be a ‘do something fun’ to ease the tension after her visit but ended up being a day to remember! Of course it’s back to school, so business was slow, but it didn’t stop these 4 from providing the best customer service. Gio answered every question without hesitation, even though I told him ok last question several times. Although we’ve visited several times, we actually indulged in a few food/drink items for the first time & played games! I remembered I had cards that were included from previous visits and decided to put them to use! Logan saw me struggling with one of the kiosk and came right over without me having to ask for assistance, thanks for combining the cards for me! Brittany & Sidira did not disappoint with the food recommendations & was very knowledgeable of the menu. Now I will never NOT order boudin egg rolls with the special sauce before leaving! & the Margaritas.. IDENTICAL to Legends! Sooooo good!

My 17 year old son goes to elevation station to have fun and hangout with his friends on the weekends. They have the trampolines, an arcade area, a huge jump slide, a rock climbing wall, a small bowling alley, a concession stand and plenty of comfortable seating and an open upstairs area for parents to watch from. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family all the time!!
