Fat Pat's Bar and Grill Broussard

We had a great experience at Fat Pat’s. The staff was very kind and attentive, and my kids really loved the food. I highly recommend this place, the nachos were delicious — we’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant was well lit and very inviting. The menu was easy to read with great options and prices. The server was not rude but she wasn't nice either. My husband, children and I sat in to eat . The server didn't seem friendly for being so young. We went in this evening for new years day and have never heard of this location before. We found it on Google maps to try. The server wasn't directly rude but she was unpleasant. The bathroom smelled clean however the sinks were disgusting and their was mold on top of the trash can lid under hand towel dispenser and in the sinks. I would definitely try it again with a different shift working. The fried cheese curds and boudin balls were delicious and came out quickly. The burgers were juicy and delicious, the sandwiches had too much bread. Also the seasoned fries were not seasoned and needed salt for taste. This could be a five star location if done a little differently

Missing food items from take-out order!! We’ve ordered pick up from Fat Pats twice in the past two weeks and each time a food item was missing from the order. Once is an accident. Twice in such a short time span is a pattern. We didn’t realize items were missing until we were home and ready to eat, and by that time, it was too late to collect. The missing items showed on the ticket and we were charged for the missing items, of course. We called the restaurant to inform them of what happened and each time no type of compensation was offered. How hard is it to reconcile the ticket/receipt with the items in the take-out boxes/bag?! I hope management takes steps to improve their take-out processes and their customer service. I like the food, but I won’t continue being a patron to this local restaurant, if this isn’t addressed.
