Fresh Donuts

Would give it no stars if I could. Went at 10.30am today and yet was given the greasiest donuts of my life. They seemed old, the oil had seeped through the whole donut. Had to throw the whole box away, it was inedible. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else!

Im not quite sure why Fresh Donuts has 5 star rating unless everyone is just rating food and not service. I go to this place once a week. Well, this will be my last week just of the rude service I received from the lady that this morning. Normally I’m getting service from a very nice gentleman. That’s wasn’t the case this morning. On top of ordering 4 donuts that got stuffed into a brown paper bag. ( The donuts were very hot. Watch them come from the back.) My top donut got smashed because she barely had room to close the bag. The main reason I REALLY freaking upset. Is because she treated as if I was virus. She barely opened the window to get my order. ( She had on a mask.) She acted like my card had a virus. ( Barely wanting to take it to pay for my order.) Normally I get an OJ or AJ. She was in such a rush to end our transaction. (I was the only one in line @ 0515.) She didn’t give me an opportunity to tell her my drink order. Mr. Nice Gentlemen you made my morning when I would stop by thank you. The donuts were amazing but your service is why I drove across town. Miss lady you’re the reason I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Because I refuse to be treated like that. Especially when I paying my money for a service. No one should.

I never with inside before just pass by, but I see people enjoying their donuts.
