Hebert's Boudin & Cracklins

Don’t waste your time she told me they close at 6:00 but the kitchen closes at 3:00 (who the hell wants 3 hour old boudin balls) and all she said she had was cracklin while the door was locked at 5:30 she was not in the back I saw her at the counter as I was pulling on a locked door - go next door and get ya some fresh food- or on down the road Billy’s always has great hot boudin balls

OMG, CHICKEN CRACKLINGS, are absolutely delicious!! Just so happened to pass the gas station and drove upon this spot, it was meant for me to stop by Hebert's boudin & cracklins! The cracklings are divine! It was my first time stopping at this SPOT, but it will not be my last time!!

I really wish the food was not so amazing. Because I have to visit the chiropract every time I leave the place. The drive threw is not for small cars. I dive a 4 wheel drive and cross my fingers overtime I go hopping not to bottom out. I pass every weekend and pick up something.
