The cookies here are always fresh and absolutely delicious! You can tell they’re made with care every single time. The owner is so friendly and welcoming — she recognizes me the moment I walk in, which makes me feel appreciated as a regular. I’m a regular for a reason — everything is consistently amazing! I’m a at home baker and I’ve taken three classes with IJAC and made many purchases of her cake supplies and with every visit I’m more and more pleased! I love the conveniency of have a bake shop with such a wide selection so close to me and I’ve loved the techniques I’ve been able to add to my repertoire from here her classes. Not to mention the class cookies are DELICIOUS! My next class is already booked

I had the Cookie Monster cookie because I wanted something fast and sweet. The cookie was dry. The oreo and chocolate chip cookie on top were also stale, the oreo itself had absolutely no crunch so there’s no way these cookies were baked fresh. I asked and I was told yes, everyday. And the cookie as a whole had the weirdest aftertaste.
