JJ's Pizza

I asked for a hand tossed pepperoni, Italian sausage, and extra cheese pizza. The pizza we got was horrible, greasy, salty, and thin crust. The cheese look like government cheese. When I called back to speak to the manager, he told me that they only made thin crust pizzas, a fact for which his employee did not tell me when I asked for a hand tossed pizza. He talked around the fact that all the ingredients were salty and blamed it on the distributor, and did nothing to rectify the problem. Horrible food and horrible customer service. I will never eat there again. Don’t waste your money.

Called manager my pizza was wrong. He did nothing about it. Will not order again. I ordered lite peppers and he assumed I meant pepperoni. I have ordered same pizza every week for months.

Decided to try something different. Ended up going here, and it wasn't even for the pizza. Our waitress was very nice and made sure we were doing okay while we were waiting for our daughter. We did get the cheese bread appetizer. Started with a half order, then got a whole order. It was so good. The bread was fresh, and the cheese was loaded on the top. I could have just eaten that for a meal. I decided to get a chicken pasta Ceasar salad. Wow!! That was a salad. Also, got the double house margarita on the rocks. My husband got the roast beef poboy. He loved it. The meat was like a homestyle version and so good. Our daughter got buffalo chicken bites and a ham and cheese salad. The chicken bites were not spicy and basically tasted like a chicken cordon blue, and was expecting a spicy popper type kick to it. Overall, it was very good and even had leftovers. Didn't leave room for dessert, but I only had 2 options to pick from, so I wasn't too upset.
