Ordered a plain king cake for my boss's sons class on a Thursday. Returned back to work the following Monday to learn that the class wasn't even able to eat it because although it was labeled "cinnamon" on the box it had nuts in it per the teacher and the school is a nut free facility. Called Keller's to of course make them aware just incase others were also mislabeled and in hopes that they could provide us with the correct item that was ordered at their expense considering the circumstances. Their response was that they would need proof, essentially. I do understand we should have probably acted sooner, however, disappointed not one single thing could be done to rectify the situation. All that being said we do love Keller's Youngsville king cakes!
