LongHorn Steakhouse

I visited LongHorn Steakhouse on Monday night with two friends for drinks and dinner, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. All three of us ordered the same meal: the steak and shrimp combo with rice, double sides of loaded mashed potatoes, and long pours for drinks. Our server initially started as the host and later transitioned to the bartender. It seemed like they were very understaffed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy for a Monday night. We waited over 45 minutes for our food to come out. When it finally arrived, everything was cold and the steaks were undercooked. The staff offered to reheat the food and put the steaks back on the grill, so we agreed. When our plates came back, we each only received one freshly warmed side of loaded mashed potatoes while the other side remained cold on our table and was never reheated. The steaks and shrimp were also now overcooked and had a strange chicken-like flavor. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Waiting that long for food that came out cold, and then receiving reheated food that was overcooked and inconsistent, was very frustrating. We expected a much better experience and quality of food. (Server/bartender & host both had very nice attitudes )

Came for Valentine’s Day, waited 50 minutes for our table and it was totally worth it. We each got Flo’s Filet (6oz & 9oz) with loaded baked potatoes and caesar salad. Food was fantastic and steaks were cooked wonderfully and seasoned perfectly. Loaded baked potatoes were also great. Wyatt was our server an he was super nice, attentive, and overall just a great server! I ordered an Old Fashioned and he handled it with better care than most delivery drivers do. Food didn’t take too long either considering it was, again, Valentine’s day. 5/5 would recommend!

I've ate here several times and the steak were good. Today i had the worst experience ever today of all days Mother's day. Steak was awful it had the worst smell. The booth we were seated in smelt like they wipe it down with a old sour dish rag. We asked to be moved the manager said we would have to get back in line and wait to be seated again. Thanks to our waitress who went and talk to the manager again to move us cause she smelt it to. When we complain about the food the manager came to take our complaint and left and never returned. So our waitress came back to check on us .we let her no the manager never came back.so she went talk to her again.and she came back and told us that they weren't going to charge us for the meal.i think the manager was very rude. I don't remember the waitress name but she was the best .better than the manager. She need to be the manager. 05/11/25
