I’ve been using their grocery pickup for about a year now, it was really good at first. The people would work with you to make sure they got everything right and they usually would have what you ordered. Unfortunately in the last three or four months the website has been completely unreliable with inventory, almost every order I place has multiple basic things out of stock , which is fine I get it and I can deal with that because the people doing the order are pleasant. Until yesterday they’ve been great, I never got a confirmation text that my order was completed so I texted them very politely asking what the status was and got a heaping steaming pile of attitude. The worker wanted to argue with me about whether or not I received the text and claimed very rudely that they already sent it. That combined with the inconsistencies with the website inventory has push me to shop elsewhere.
