Texas Roadhouse

We did an online order. Usually we get good service and good quality. But on this night! NOT! They couldn't find my order that was supposed to be ready for 7:15 it was close to 8 when I got it. My order which was grilled pork chops with fries, and New York strip steak. I literally had 7 pieces of fries? The pork chops and steak were hard as brick. This is unacceptable! I know they were busy but this was bad customer service.

C'mon! Disappointed. Made an online order. Fought traffic all the way back to Broussard to find my blooming onion without the Cajun horseradish. 🥴 Then paid extra for a loaded potato but no cheese was in the bag. Receipt marked like it was in the bag but wasn't.

This is what $45 plus dollars (add additional for tipping) get you now at Texas Roadhouse house Lafayette, la location! Looks like a left over chicken critter basket, handful of fries & 3-4 popcorn chick bites with a 6oz steak. Just wow, this use to be a place the prides themselves on hearty meals & portions. It’s pitiful to pay for a meal & still be hungry after eatting said meal. I AM DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I will not be back , I could have cooked my meal at home & had a better experience. Food is expensive now & days & I totally understand that. The sad part about this is I drove an hour away to get this meal because I live in a small town outside of Lafayette. I was really excited to have a good meal at the hard week of working. The amount of gas is that I would take wasting to bring this meal back and fight with the managers who are super rude to get a refund is pointless. This business is packed out almost every single night every weekend there’s lines out the doors is no way they are struggling this much for money When majority of their staff is paid through tipping. They are $1 billion corporation. I am so disgusted!!!!!!
