Out of honesty, the customer service was the best thing about this experience. Very kind staff! But the food was absolutely not satisfactory at all. I’m genuinely saying this with calm intent, the crawfish was beyond disappointing. My family of 4 we all ordered 3lbs crawfish a piece and not one of our heads had juice, and no flavor on the tails at all. The only flavor profile received was from the “spicy” crawfish only because it’s cayenne pepper sprinkled on it. The boss sauce was mandatory to even attempt to finish the food. The corn was good and fresh though. Even the fountain drinks were nasty, they honestly tasted old, we sent our drinks back and even the other flavor we chose tasted old. We didn’t even finish the food, and that never happens, and I have teen boys (they’ll literally the wood off the walls if you let them😅) Also, we paid close to $200 total, and potatoes and corn are NOT a part of the boil you have to order separately and that’s where they get you in my opinion with price. I found this place on TikTok and it was overhyped, overpriced and very under whelming Again, this isn’t to bash, I’m a foodie and would love to see this place thrive because it has the potential. The staff is great, the atmosphere was cool, food just needs a makeover.
