Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Lafayette Restaurant

Tatiana, our server was very sweet, but the food was VERY disappointing. A friend of ours at the table got raw chicken. The cocktails were watered down and overpriced. The food was lukewarm with very little protein. Our quesadilla burger barely had any cheese on it and the meat kept sliding out of it like a taco. We asked for a side of sauce and we're given a sealed ramekin that had barely a teaspoon of sauce in it. After a manager was told about my friends raw chicken, she never came and checked back with him. They did take it off of his check however. Just overall not a good experience; mediocre food, watered down drinks, definitely not worth the almost $60 we paid for two people. The best thing about it was the alligator when won from the claw machine.

The customer service alone is worth coming! Shanna was on top of it all and the conversation between ordering and just friendly hello was nice. Our drinks stayed full and food cooked right hot and fast. It was at opening but atmosphere went from empty to a lunch crowd fast but not over crowded. Food was exactly what you would expect!

All about service is all I can say. The food was awesome as well, hot and fresh. Autumn was our awesome waitress. Great personality and made our experience fun. Another lady, I believe she was the manager, wore red satin pant, hopefully she sees this, she made sure my sweet tea was delicious and she did not disappoint. The food was good, but the waitress and manager made it the experience better. Thank you.
