Walmart Neighborhood Market

Only reason this location is receiving a 5 STAR review from me is simply because of Mr. Joseph in Maintenance! This man is the BEST example of TEAM PLAYER & HARD WORKING! Every time I visit this location when he is working the floors are shining, restrooms are clean, and he always does it with a smile. Mr. Henry personality is vibrant, he carries good energy, and is always willing to help. This store is very lucky to have him as a staff member. If I were the Store Manager I’d THANK Mr. Henry every chance I got because he is the the face of the Maintanence staff. The store has never been so clean and sanitary prior to him being hired here. Give Mr. Henry a raise… or next time I visit the store I just may offer him a Maintenance Supervisor position at my location.

The employees are always playing on their phones, talking, and seem too busy to check our cart for spark. Well today we learned it’s apparently mandatory at this Walmart and I must just be lying about never getting checked there because it keeps being repeated. She then checked every single item that we already bagged as if we would steal. I live by this Walmart and come here all the time. I have been using spark for a while and I know getting checked comes with the job, and that’s not a problem. I just don’t appreciate a rude worker. It’s not my responsibility to make sure you check my cart🤷🏻‍♀️

This store is always so neat, clean, parking lot clean, and the restrooms are always sanitary. I met a man, I believe his name Mr. Joe last week while shopping with my kids and he was cleaning the little girls room-the job he does takes a special person. Someone ruined the ladies room & Mr. Joseph said sir before your girls goes in there let me go take care of that mess. This man showed compassion, sense of urgency, sense of purpose, consideration, and obviously loves what he does. Mr. Joe-Merry Christmas and thank you for being the best part of maintenance at this Wal-Mart location. It’s truly remarkable to meet and see people who care so much about others and love the work that they do. My daughters and I bought you a little gift and we will deliver it to you after the Xmas Holiday. Mr. Joe we need people like you in the world.
