Horrible service!!!! Pickup lines can be ridiculous. Today I waited for 45 minutes just to get a place to park for online Pickup! The workers we're very nonchalant in getting to cars and delivering orders only about once ever 5 minutes or so. When I tried to call, nobody would even pick up the phone. Not that anyone cares. This is the biggest retailer in America, and I'm sure customer complaints don't really make a difference. What a waste of a Sunday afternoon!

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about the consistently terrible curbside pickup experience at Walmart in Broussard. At this point, it is no longer an inconvenience—it is a pattern of negligence and poor management. The curbside service is almost always delayed, sometimes by an unreasonable amount of time, with no explanation, no communication, and no accountability. Customers are left sitting in their cars wondering if anyone inside is even aware we are waiting. This happens far too often to be considered accidental or due to staffing issues—it reflects a failure of leadership. What makes this worse is the complete lack of urgency or responsibility from the curbside manager. Instead of addressing the delays, improving coordination, or even acknowledging the problem, the situation remains unchanged week after week. A manager’s job is to manage, and that is clearly not happening here. If Walmart offers curbside pickup as a service, it should be run efficiently or not offered at all. Wasting customers’ time without explanation is disrespectful and unacceptable, especially for people who schedule pickups specifically to avoid delays. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed, because customers should not have to lower their expectations just because this location cannot seem to manage a basic service properly.

My issue with this location is the curbside pick up for online orders the past two days the line has been wrapped around the parking lot and people are unable to pick up their online orders without waiting for several hours. I did reschedule my order for today to pick up between 4-5 due to the issue yesterday and the order today got delayed until 10:30 pm to pick up. I attempted to call this location several times and was put on hold with no resolution but to cancel my order and wait 10 days for a refund for two orders. (Did that online with chat) The workers are busting their butts, but they need more employees. yesterday there was 30+ people waiting and it looked like only one or two employees were bringing out orders. When I went by today, when no one was answering the phone, they had a line wrapped around the parking lot again. Management needs to do a better job and schedule/hire more people. Walmart as a policy should limit how many people they service it’s not fair to the customers or their staff.
