Wingstop

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I think I would. I ordered through Door Dash and received someone else’s order. Door Dash refused to refund me due to the restaurant stating I received the correct order. I called them and they admitted the order was incorrect and that there was nothing that could be done on their side. I’m disappointed that I spent over $20.00 to receive food I didn’t order. Scammed.

This is the worst wingstop in the Lafayette/surrounding area. I went there tonight after ordering my wings online as I always do. I checked my order before leaving because they have a tendency to do what they want instead of following what was ordered. I paid extra for all flat wings and to no surprise, the wings were not all flats. I kindly let the cashier know and she tells me “we don’t do all flats”. I let her know that I have paid for all flats and she is insisting they don’t do all flats. She then pulls up my order and lets me know the manager will refund me for all flats instead of honoring what I paid for. This is the 3rd bad encounter I’ve had at this location ONLY. Even though the charge is only $.80 for all flats, that’s irrelevant. That’s purely false advertising and had I known they “don’t do all flats” I would not have purchased from this indecent location. 0/10!

Very rude customer service from the manager. He stood in front of other customers and argued with me and refused to replace my fries after I complained about the cross contamination that was done the with the first order of fries that was given to me. Instead of replacing the fries because I was a paying customer, he refused and began to try to belittle me about cross contamination and arguing with my daughter and was trying to shove the fries on me. He also threatened to call my job on tomorrow. He is very unprofessional and doesn't need to be working in customer service, yet along food service. If I could give this place no stars I would because after the way I was treated one star is too much.
