Tripp’s Kitchen has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to immediately make plans to come back before you walk out the door. The homemade bread is delectable. I recommend ordering ahead so you can take some home with you.

Hungry? Look no farther. This bread is so soft and fluffy you’d think you were eating Angel cake, and them cookies! Tripp must have been on the reality show Hell’s Kitchen, because he has the process of cooking and plating mouth-watering delicacies found nowhere else in New Iberia, or Louisiana. And the portions… I was so hungry, I could eat a frozen dog, but after leaving, I was so full, I felt like a big ol’ fat tick on a hound dogs’ ear, ready to pop!
